The location of this hotel can't be beat. It's very close to the bus station and port of Venice, but was very quiet. Plus having kitchen facilities was a nice bonus.

location: the hotel was near to the airport with bus and trains a 5 minutes walk away, the main train, bus and taxi station, and the nearby restaurant. we once dined at zanze xvi, found it 15 mins walk from the venue.

Great central location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, train stations, bus stations, and the Grand Canal. the rooms were modern, decently sized, and equipped with appliances. - the attached bathroom was a plus. - the view of the canals was very nice.

Location is good - just 3-4 minutes by feet from the central parking
The kitchen and bathroom is in common use with the other appartment located on the same floor. You never know what neighbours you'll get next door.

This place provides a good overall experience. the breakfast is varied and includes lots of goodies. the rooms are spacious and well-lit, offering a beautiful view and even a kitchen, for example. 🌟

Place was clean and roomy in a good location.
Stairs! Very narrow and hard to carry up luggage. No towels were supplied on our second day and it took two requests before the manager found some small towels (floor mats and hand towels).

we were given a 2 bedroom appartment which was very good value, Hotel was near the sation etc and overlooked some canals. only hassle was the noise from the boats early in the morning!

Great location. Would go again. The restaurant before the location is great. The location is also great. If you have a large group ask for 10 and 11. u will then have an entire floor.

The rooms at Alloggio Rio Venezia are cozy and comfortable, perfect for families like mine.
Personally, I found the shared external bathroom a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind it.

The location is near the train station.
We traveled to Venice during the hot summer. The air-conditioner didn't work at our first night. There were so many mosquitos in the room. I was unable to sleep for the whole night because of that. The breakfast has to prepare by ourselves. When we first booked the hotel, I expected it would be hot breakfast or better breakfast rather than packed chocolate crossiant and packed fruit juice by considering the price. These 2 nights are nightmares.

There is the kitchen, where you can prepare food, and a little yard with table to drink coffe. Location is good enough, not far from marittima and piazalle roma
